Kholizio A. KapemaiShare
Welcome back to the How to Make Cold Brew Tea Series, where each week we explore new, refreshing ways to enjoy your favourite teas.
This time, we’re using Darjeeling Black Tea, known for its floral aroma and light-bodied flavour, paired with pomegranate, gooseberry, and mint for a tangy, cooling cold brew that balances sweetness, tartness, and freshness in every sip.
🧪 The Formula: 1 Tea, 1 Fruit, 1 Citrus, 1 Herb
The secret to a great cold brew is balance.
At Kapemai, we follow this simple formula:
1 Tea + 1 Fruit + 1 Citrus + 1 Herb
Here’s why it works:
- The tea forms the base rich, aromatic, and complex.
- The fruit adds natural sweetness and texture.
- The citrus brings brightness and acidity to lift the flavours.
- The herb ties everything together with freshness and aroma.
This structure ensures every sip feels complete, layered, refreshing, and harmonious.

🧊 How to Make It
